Mavis joined Climate Analytics in September 2020 as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Bill Hare. In her role she provides organisational, conceptual and planning support to the CEO’s office.
Prior to joining Climate Analytics, Mavis worked as a business development executive in West Africa and Latin America managing rural off-grid projects, building markets and creating government and private sector partnerships. She also worked at the International Renewable Energy Agency supporting programmatic and strategic work.
Mavis has received recognition for her climate and community development work. She is a Climate Reality Leader, a Queens Young Leader, Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society and a mentee of the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition.
Mavis holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies and Governance from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Ghana.
